Overview of the Position
We seek a detail-oriented and motivated Contract Administrator to join our project team. The ideal candidate will assist with various project paperwork tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
A Contract Administrator has the following key responsibilities:
- Project Document Control
- Reviewing project scope of work
- Reviewing & signing of Builder contract
- Reviewing & signing off subcontractor contract
- Contact with subcontractor about Bill of Lading & Telex released
- Project Management
- Setting up projects in Project Management Software
- Setting up a project budget
- Submit the DOR to be signed off
- Projects finance management
- Prepare & issue project progress claims & invoices each month
- Claim final invoice and first retentions
- Claim final retentions
- Project variation/ credit
- Allocated bills to correct purchase order
- Manage project budget
- Job costing reports
- Providing insights and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Bookkeeping Management
- Company general overhead expenses, bills, and orders to the accounting system.
- Make sure all transactions are reconciled & up to date in the accounting system
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Technical cumulative
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of contract administration experience
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus
- Proficiency in MO365
- Personal Characteristics
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in a professional manner
- Both English & Vietnamese
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Exellent mathematical & analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to discern priorities, plan and coordinate with others to complete tasks
- Proactive, and responsible at work
- Exceptional organizational skills with great initiative to get the job done.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
